Beaver Sighting

CALLING ALL RIVER-GOERS

Share your beaver sighting and help us understand the presence of beaver (Castor canadensis) in our Deschutes River Watershed waterways for Crook, Jefferson and Deschutes counties.

If you’ve recently seen beaver/s – or evidence of beaver – along the Deschutes, Crook, Metolious Rivers or their tributaries (large and small), please let us know below.

With this info, we are building maps to gain a baseline understanding of the presence of beaver in our eastern Oregon waterways.
(We respect your privacy and will not share your contact information with anyone or any organization outside of this study.)
